Bootcamp

 

The FitForce bootcamps came about from years spent as a Physical Training and Sports Officer in the Royal Marines Commandos and time spent as a fitness instructor, team coach and personal trainer. The mix of all these experiences resulted in the blend of exercises used in FitForce bootcamps.

Preparation

Ensure that you are hydrated prior to starting any session.
You will be expected to be able to undertake rigorous exercise and have completed a FitForce health questionnaire. If you have any injuries or niggles on the day make sure you inform your instructor so that they can adapt any session for you to ensure you keep on track to reach your goal.

Wear robust training clothing and footwear as you may be expected to run and lift weights and occassionally commando crawl (it will always be fun)

Ensuring that you consume the right food and drink will help in achieving your goal. So make sure that you consume plenty of water to ensure hydration and control the amount of carbohydrates if fat loss is a goal of your programme.
